Prime Edge Learning Solution is committed to safeguarding the privacy and personal data of children, parents, adult learners, and educators.
1. Data Isolation & Contact Privacy
Children do not receive independent login accounts. All child educational profiles are managed by authenticated parents or guardians. Tutors never receive parent contact information (personal phone numbers, personal email addresses) or financial data.
2. 30-Day Recording Retention Schedule
Live lessons use Google Meet. Recording availability depends on the school’s Google Workspace plan and organizer settings. When a lesson is recorded, participants are notified by Google Meet. Recordings managed in Prime Edge follow our 30-day retention policy. Google Drive copies are managed separately by the Workspace organizer.
3. Payment Security
Payment processing is handled via certified payment gateways (Paystack). Prime Edge Learning never stores raw credit or debit card details on platform servers.
